This model keeps dying. We bought this model three times because online research stated it as a "best Buy".

Getting used to it

I really liked my former microwave so only replaced because it stopped working. The location of the controls does not seem as easy to use on this one. The vent fan is LOUD! Hopefully I will get to like it better.

Some problems

The turntable has a "ratchet-like" clicking noise when turning. Also when I tried to cook bacon it was burnt in the middle and uncooked on the ends. My previous GE Microwave cooked bacon evenly but, unfortunately, only lasted 4 years before the magnetron failed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
