This microwave replaced the same model we have previously purchased 6 years ago. Looks like this model has some upgrades. One light instead of two and the product being heated for 30 seconds stops in the front not the back as with the older model

This microwave is very stylish and is a great addition to our kitchen. Instillation was easy and the directions were clear. It is quiet and the settings work well.

Screen scratches

The product works ok but the front screen has surface scratches in it. I have only used a soft cloth to clean it. It looks horrible in my kitchen now.

We want to help with some cleaning tips for the control panel. We suggest wiping it down with a soft, damp cloth and drying immediately. We don't recommend the use of any solutions on the control panel, as it can interfere with the electronics.
