Works great just like the one it replaced. The only difference which is not the biggest deal is that its harder for the buttons to acknowledge their function when you push them. You just have to push harder then you think you should have to.

Great product except fie the handle which is too light. System is powerful.
Fans turns on automatically when the system gets too hot due to cooking.

My GE microwave looks beautiful and works great! It is reasonably priced and I love that it has a turntable that can be on or off! I always buy GE products because of their dependability and they last a very long time!

GE Over the Range Microwave JVM3160DFBB

I have purchased GE appliances for many years. I purchased this model - foolishly thinking this model would be identical to the JVM3160DFBB I had purchased previously. The only reason I selected this model was the improved cooktop lighting provided by 2 individual lighting units. I even called GE and your service line confirmed that model had 2 lights. How angry I was to discover that there is now only one very poor light. You would think that the same model would actually be the same! I had it installed with an exterior venting option only to find out it also vents through the top of the unit. This unit is louder and is of obviously poorer quality. Have recently purchased GE refridgerator and wall oven. Neither are of the quality of your previous products.
