Easy installation. Great product. Replaced my 14 year old GE with this one. Hope to get another 14 years out of another one.

This replaced the almost identical microwave I had for 21 years. I never had to have it repaired. Very happy with its longevity and performance! My son was able to install it using same brackets and screw placement.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not All Buttons Actually Functional

The defrost setting actually just cooks the food at full power resulting in half burned half frozen items. Unsure how many other buttons are on the unit, but don't actually function. The Power Level button also does nothing.
