Learning to use my microwave. Since it is different that my previous appliance, I learn something every day!
So far, I am quite happy with using it! It is easy to use and easy to clean.
The ability to key in a single number and have the oven respond is a difference I am really liking!
I am sure I will learn more and more as time goes on!

The JVM 3160 seems to be as good or better than the one it replaced (an old Whirlpool). It has all the the controls we need and they are easy to use. It also runs a little quieter than the old one. And I was very pleased that it fit perfectly in the space of the one it replaced. I was able to use the old mounting plate, and the top cabinet screw holes were exactly aligned.

Pretty good microwave with one quirk

This microwave over all if very functional however when I am cooking a meal and I put something in it and set the time to cook but I may not be ready to start cooking yet but if I wait too long to hit start it an error message will show up and the only way to get it to clear is to open the door and close it again and reset the time to cook. I had a GE spacemaker in the past that was a great microwave that is why I purchased another GE product. The only other thing it the microwave strikes me as a bit clunky.

I WAS SO VERY PLEASED I COULD GET THIS BISQUE COLOR AND THE MEASUREMENTS FIT THE SPACE WHERE A 20 YR OLD MICROWAVE WAS INSTALLED ABOVE THE RANGE.... SO FAR I HAVE USED IT EVERY DAY AND VERY HAPPY ON THE INTENSITY IT COOKS/REHEATS, THAT IT HAS THE UNDERNEATH LIGHT, THE DEFROST ALSO WORKS GREAT - LOVING THIS MICROWAVE !
