Surface light disappointing

Inside of oven gets very hot if surface light is on for a while. As a result try not to use it which is annoying.

Heat from the surface light making the interior of the unit warm is a part of normal operation, and it is safe to use your unit during this time. Good microwave , cheaply made .

Cheaply made . I made a mistake in purchasing this one . I had top of the line model and accidentally ordered this one , website misleading in that I needed the color that was in my home and there were two choices . It does all that it’s supposed to do , which is the main thing . Just disappointed in my choice . I recommend .

Miss the old quality!

The door is “tinny”, you have to push the buttons hard and the codes in display window don’t display correctly. Not like my old microwave!

After a little learning curve as there was no instruction manual included, (online only ) we love this microwave.
It serves our needs perfectly. All we wanted was the ability to microwave.
