Great microwave. Door opens and closes easily. Settings are easy to use. I like the fact that it has a light inside.

I bought this microwave to replace one that died after 13 years. This is 99% the same except the door doesn't seem as solid as the old one. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars.
The installation templates are a lifesaver.
I would recommend this to a friend!

NO printed manual was provided so the only way to learn how to use the microwave was to use an online manual. This method was cumbersome and time consuming. Can a printed manual be sent to me?

We can understand having a manual copy can be a lot easier. We no longer provide printed instructions in order to be better ambassadors of the environment, however, you can always find the Owner’s manual at this link here:

Overall, the microwave is fine. The directions despite getting the so called manual were nearly useless. How is a person to know how to get additional reheat time for example? I called and did get help for such as the example. The surface light should be the first ( lowest) and easiest accessible function, not the fan. You use the light much more than the fan. Named choices such as “potato” are rather poor. I never use a microwave for a potato and rarely seve potatoes. Choices need to be updated. The filters fit poorly- hard to get them to stay in place. Door handle is too close to the edge- I pinched my finger the first time I used it.
