Construction could be better especially with filter mounting. And why one (1) bulb for surface light? And why the NEED for a nick name?

This microwave was designed with only one surface light for proper illumination of the cooktop below, it is normal for there to be only one bulb.

Install was about medium to easy. plug was in different place than the same model built in 2009. Instructions could be a little better step by step.

We're glad to hear that your microwave is working well. If the microwave is beeping we recommend hard resetting the appliance by either unplugging it or flipping the breaker off for 2-3 minutes then turning it back on.

Just replaced the same GE microwave with the same model number. The provious GE one only lasted three years. The pannel lights only lasted about a year.
