Vent fan is louder than older models. Users manual doesn't explain which reheat buttons (1, 2, 3) are for which foods (pasta, sauce, plate). Beverage button doesn't heat up beverages enough - have to add time for hot coffee. Nice looking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good microwave for the $$$

It works fine but had to go online for instructions on how to use it. And its a bit annoying if I want to run it for less than 30 seconds or more than 30 second intervals I have to hit Cook Time and then the # of seconds. My old micorwave I was able to hit the # of seconds I wanted and then hit Start. Also, the surface light is very dim so I replaced the bulb with an LED bulb that is a bit brighter which has helped.
