bad control panel contrast

Recently purchased this product. The major complaint I have about this product is the control panel is hard to see in moderate light. The contrast between the background and lettering is not sharp enough to easily see the names on the buttons. I can not recommend this product for this reason.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Microwave

I just had this microwave installed. It looks beautiful in my kitchen (I chose black to blend with my other appliances). I LOVE the stove light! Very bright and has 2 settings (a bright one and a dimmer one for a nightlight). I like the Express Cook feature, but I don't like the fact that I have to press "Cook Time" before I enter a time other than full minutes (such as 45 seconds). It's an added step that is a bit annoying but I guess I'll have to get used to it. Also, you have press rather hard for each number and function. Again, a bit annoying - especially if I am in a hurry - but I'll have to adjust.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just bought this microwave to replace other brand microwave. Comparing features used in the day to day, and the 'look" of this one, I made a wise turn.

This is my third GE microwave It seems they don't last more than two years So I hope this one last a little longer
