I installed this product, Not hard at all. I am a contractor, but feel anyone can install this with a 3 out of 10 (0 being easy).
I like the bracket which acts as a template if you follow directions in the book. The top template has to be used.
GE products are dependable and look good.

Fairly easy to install

Easy to unpack and understand installation instructions. Took me about an hour from start to finish. Fit in the exact same space as my older model (different brand) microwave. Because of the bottom of the upper cabinet was not set up to use the pattern they provided, I just measured for the mounting holes and cord and it worked out fine. The only thing I wished they would include with this microwave are LED light bulbs. I went online and bought replacements and instead of using 90W, I'm only using 9W. The lamp that lights up inside the cooking area got really hot (40W incandescent). The surface area light bulb was 50W and the LED replacement is 4W.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love it, The microwave is a good size. I like the rotating plate. I like the options that it have on the door. My food is good and hot. It’s just a microwave. I will tell my friends about it. They can look for themselves so they can purchase one also.
