Display flickering within a year

Within a year, the screen/display flickers and you cannot fully see the time/numbers. I am in a condo building and this has happened to at least 10 of us with the exact same problem.

Poor information about usage.

Microwave owners manual was not included. We did not know what all the button setting meant.
