Does all that it is supposed to do. The only quibble, the old GE Spacesaver I took out had a better pair of lamps that shined over the surface of the range below. This one only has a single bulb and isn't nearly as bright.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This microwave was great when it worked. I had it for about 2 months and it stopped heating my food.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I haven't used all the microwave features yet, however, so far I'm pleased with the basic functions and noted that they're pretty much the same as on my old unit. I was pleased at the ease with which I purchased/installed the new one. My microwave is the "King" cooking device in my kitchen.
