After 5 years are first GE microwave failed, so I replaced it with the same model but newer version. Installing it was easy but did not match the original's mounting holes and brackets. The new unit is much louder and the vent fan turns on automatically when the microwave runs. With all that said, it works great and is powerful...

I haven’t even had this microwave for two years and the LCD is flashing and it’s hard to read the numbers and the time and the minutes

We recommend resetting your mcirowave by disconnecting power from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function and restore the display, this will require service by a qualified technician.
