Bought this GE product to replace a 10 year old product of the same make that quit working. Hoped that the wall mounting bracket and upper cabinet mounting holes would be the same as the old unit but..... nope! So, I had to change to the new wall bracket and drill new holes for the upper cabinet. This product was on sale and actually cheaper than the GE unit it replaced 10 years prior, but the new one does not have a second shelf nor an "AM/PM" indicator but neither are going to be missed. Also, the new one's LED display for the time is really bright which will take some use to. Overall, so far, so good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Universalize appliances mount

We had one of these units for 10 years, never any problems. Since it was just installed, we'll see if it holds up as the previous one. Would have preferred to use the existing wall and cabinet mounts; so had to completely remove previous one and drill new holes to install

THe microwave is nice, it replaced our other Microwave, the only thing that i have noticed is that the door is very light and not very sturdy, compared to our old microwave, but it does work great

A couple months out of warranty and the clock/time display is malfunctioning/blinking
