We bought the same model microwave as our old model only to find the mounting brackets had been changed in manufacturing. So the installation took much longer than anticipated. But the appliance looks very nice and is a good replacement for our old microwave.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Clanky - sounds like a shipping container falling off a crane when you open/shut it, protective film over control panel scratched and bubbled in two days and the rotating base sounds like a motor with no oil in it. Disappointed to say the least!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The product is great and it looks nice. I had a service issue but the service was also great they came out and fixed it immediately and the rep was incredible

Microwave works well as expected. I've only had it for about a month.
The only improvement would be a brighter surface light. It's sufficient though.
