Not as good as the previous model

This was replacing a very similar, but discontinued, model. This model is much noisier than the previous model, the touch pad does not work as well (buttons do not respond when pressed), the reheat function does not work as described in the operating manual, nor does it work as well as the previous model. Overall, very disappointed with this microwave, but unfortunately it is the only one that fits the over the range space I have.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our previous microwave was a GE over the range, too. We were very happy with it; so, when the time came to purchase a new one, we definitely want one identical to the one we had. This one is perfect for what we wanted it for! - Very happy with it!

Ok product. The numbers panel takes a little getting used to it.. but it's ok. I don't know why the turning plate is so high up.
