Disappointing

Very disappointed in this microwave. It was installed yesterday, and already it is not working properly. I can use the 30 seconds key, but any other key doesn't respond to touch. Actually, you actually have to press very hard for any of the keys to respond. If I use the timer, it will work but when it stops it keeps beeping, and the cancel button doesn't stop the beeping. I have to climb up on a step stool in order to unplug it as this is the only way to stop the beeping. I am so disgusted with this product. The microwave itself looks nice but is very cheaply made.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The install was as easy as heating up a cup of tea

My previous GE MIcrowave Model JNM1541SM5SS lasted without any issues for over 12 years with daily usage. I Replaced it with a new Model JVM3160RF9SS which was very easy because the wall bracket was the same as the older model I replaced. Basically, 2 screw bolts and plugged it in. Took just about an hour with cleanup.

Our old GE microwave lasted 14 years giving excellent service until the computer board gave up. Replaced with a more modern GE microwave with the same style and features. Love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!
