Good Product, inadequate operating instructions.

Product works fine. My main complaint is poor operating instructions. 99% of the material dealt with installation with very limited instructions on product use. Had a previous model that worked differently.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Installed myself. Removed a older model of GE microwave.
It was used twice and has quit.
No power, outlet is 20 Amp and has power.

Overall it's a good microwave. It does what it's supposed to do. Just some features that I find weird or have different preferences. The timer does NOT stop beeping until you turn it off. The finish is not as fingerprint resistant as my last SS micro (LG). And overall it's rather loud because, the vent turns on whenever it's in use.
