Doesn’t work!

The turn table doesn’t work and the unit heats items intermittently. Chat bot is awful and won’t connect me to a real person! Now What?!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not so great

The outer finish looks spotted regardless of how much it is cleaned. It is not intuitive to use. The express selections does not allow for any increments of time. With time, as I become used to it, I hope my rating improves. I miss a good written instruction booklet.

We recommend cleaning the exterior with a sudsy cloth. Rinse and then dry. Wipe the window clean with a damp cloth. Note: It is normal for there to be a one to two second delay after pressing the Start button when heating at power level 10 and a two to three second delay for lower power levels. A few other things about this model that may be helpful to know are the following. The preset Potato pad is set for the following times:
1 item - 4:00 minutes
2 items - 7:30 minutes
3 items - 10:00 minutes
4 items - 12:00 minutes
When using Weight Defrost or Time Defrost, the display shows COOK. It shows COOK, not DEFROST.
It is normal for the "VENT" icon to light when using a microwave function such as Express Cook. JVM3160DF has a one-fan system (only vent fan) so when the microwave working, the vent fan also works for cooling and so the “VENT” icon will light.

The door does not close properly. Also disappointed that I do not have a button to adjust the amount of time and setting like my old GE microwave.

Needs Fine Tuning

I've noticed several times, while operating the microwave, that its roller wheel gets off centered, causing the turntable to jump off the hub. As a result, I have to pause the microwave to center the roller wheel and place the turntable on its hub.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
