I am enjoying my new microwave, its smaller than my old microwave but I can certainly reheat food & pop popcorn for sure!! I am happy I chose this model. It has enough features to be a great microwave.

Complete Unreliable Junk

We recently purchased a new home in AZ. This microwave came standard and I wish there were less than one star. If you put anything more than a 1/4lb in it (many times less), the table will NOT turn resulting of no cooking. My frustration is through the roof with GE and this model. My one compliment is that it looks like a microwave. I wish that it worked. I suspect there’s some GE green energy savings junk built into it to not allow it to work if you add any weight to the rotator table. Don’t waste your money!

THIS IS A REPLACEMENT FOR THE ALMOST THE SAME MODEL THAT WE PURCHASED 7 YEARS AGO AND WAS PROBABLY USE ABOUT 1/2 THE YEAR; I HOPE THIS TIME THE PRODUCT LASTS LONGER

Good unit, manual not clear re sec/min

So far, so good. The manual is poor, however. For example, it is not clear how to microwave for, say, 10 seconds. Seconds/minutes are not clearly labeled in the manual. To get 10 sec, one must first press Cook Time, then 10. The numerical board is in seconds but where does it say that? The express cook is in minutes, but where does the manual say that? Where does it say "Amount of cooking time" is in minutes?
I would recommend this to a friend!
