Just purchased in July 2024 but so far I am very pleased. I especially like the express cook feature and the +30 seconds button.

Love GE appliances

So far the microwave is great. We’ve owned GE and Profile appliances for over 30 years. Biggest issue with this new GE Microwave is the instructions were terrible. So limited on how it works or adjusts certain cooking levels that we thought about returning it for a different brand.

I like the microwave but I had this one previously and it broke down when it was less than 4 years old. I only replaced with this one as it fit the space above the stove.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Keypad layout and correct sensitivity

User friendly keypad, exhaust fan need to be a bit stronger, but overall, is a good over the range microwave .

Cheap handles break <1yr

This is our second GE microwave in 3 years where the handle broke at the bottom!
It is cheap plastic anchor for the bolt and repairable BUT it is a big project to replace to only break again
Not up to GE brand reliability expectations
