The microwave works well and quietly. The alarm doesn't stop beeping after a set amount of beeps, so you won't forget you put something in the microwave.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Microwave works good. The installation was tricky as one of the holes/screws on top wasn’t set up correctly since we had to reconfigure it but got it done

I'm extremely happy to have a replacement for my worn out microwave. However, I cannot see the choices on the right hand side very well. The print is SMALL and not as bold as it was on my other machine. Also, the underneath light is back too far (with only 1 bulb). - the old one had 2 lights and was really useful not only for cooking, but leaving the low beam on overnight. IT REALLY ISN'T VERY HELPFUL W/THINGS ON THE STOVE. Being 85 yrs. old, I still enjoy cooking. Thanks for keeping the outside dimensions...the plate is SMALLER - darn. I hope your products are made in America, if so, great.

I love the visibility inside and have been happy with the performance of the unit. I don’t like that the space between the glass on the door fogs when a pot is bowling on the stove below
