Frustrated and trying to get help.

Currently won’t heat. At first it would only run for about 5 minutes. Now it won’t heat at all. Trying to get through to the warranty department but keep getting the runaround. Yes we have had an electrician check our power source. Every thing checked out fine. Even changed the breaker just to be sure. This item is only 8 months old. Light, clock and turntable all work. Just won’t heat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this microwave. It looks great with my matching GE range and GE dishwasher. Very easy to use and does an excellent job. Has great features that my other microwave didn't have. So happy with my new microwave!!
