Love the Features

This is the same type microwave we purchased about 5 years ago that quit working on 8/24/2024. We like the easy way to operate this microwave but had a difficult time installing it since the brackets from the old microwave had to be removed and new ones installed. This took too much time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far, I love it. Easy to use and details on the screen. It lets you know when the food is ready to prevent burning!!!!

The light did not come on at first.
Then the light came on and did not turn off unless I unplugged the power cord.
It has been installed for 2 weeks now.
Yesterday it did not heat up even water, then suddenly it started to work properly.
Today Augusta 26 it will not heat up any food or water.
Something is wrong with this unit

handle design issues

It's a beautiful item, specifically bought in white to match other appliances in my kitchen.
After exactly a year, the handle cracked. Looks like not a very sturdy design. The microwave was being used at home on a regular basis, not extra work for it.
