Everything is nice with the microwave except for the way it sounds when the door is closed. It dose not have a solid sound to it

Don’t expect to own very long

3 rd microwave in 4 years. Just used extended warranty on #3. Picked up August 28th 2024. 2nd microwave lasted just over 1 year. Manufactured date was February 2022. Third microwave manufactured date April 2022. Microwave just installed is over 2 years old
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Why only one light bulb?

Over the years we have owned a number of these over the range microwaves and found them satisfactory. This most recent one is a disappointment - the previous one had two light bulbs which provided good lighting for the stove top. If one went out you still had the other. This one is redesigned to only have one bulb! Cheaper and dimmer, less safe. WHY? LEDS would work better.

So far so good! We just replaced our last GE microwave that was 19 years old! I wanted the same one and am hopeful that we get some good years out of this one. This one is very quiet and fit perfectly where the old one was.

Still good but leave what is good alone

Hi, The moved the controls and lights from previous model. Should have left the light button in the lower right. Now I have to fumble around in the dark to turn the light on. Also, wattage or elevation of the food makes it have to cook longer (30 sec to 1 minute). Rotating table is noisy. Sounds like animal is in there.

Great Microwave

It works well, looks very clean and was fairly easy to install. This was a very reasonably priced microwave and matched my other appliances. Highly recommended!!
