I like this model, as I did my last GE microwave, however my handle broke off after a few years of use. I am the only one using its and I’m very disappointed that a handle can crack off. To replace the handle was extremely expensive as you know, so I opted to get a new one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lasted only 3 years and wasn’t used often… Apparently it had known door-switch issues, but replacing them did not fix the problem. See YouTube.

it only has one light underneath, whereas the previous style had 2, so the stovetop is not as bright. it seems to be noisier than our previous one, and the door slams quite loudly. it just seems cheaper made.
