Over the range microwave but can’t handle heat.

This is an over the range microwave but the microwave won’t work and glass won’t turn if the oven has been in use and microwave is hot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have always bought GE been good to me.Been a customer for thirty years.Just replaced my old GE M wave w new GE.controls are close to my old ones which is nice.and like the new styling modern looking and fan blows out top rather than in your face nice.

Hopefully it will last longer than the same unit that was replaced that need ONLY 3yrs old. Unit replaced prior to the 2nd microwave was 14 yrs old ! I love GE products and pray the short life of the 2nd model was a fluke . As all the models owned are the same. Time will tell.

Best over the range microwave for the money

This is my favorite microwave available for the money. Installation is a breeze and it works great. I had this same exact over the range microwave, and it lasted over 10years. Most only last 7 or 8 yrs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy install with 2 people

The microwave comes with templates to mark for hanger bar and to mark for cable and hanger bolts. Probably could be installed by one person but I would not risk it if someone is available to help. Controls are instinctive and easy to use and internalize.

New product that hasn't been used. FOR THE CONSUMER. GE DOESN'T PERMIT SPACE ON THEIR PRODUCT REGISTRATION PAGE FOR THE TYPE OF PRODUCT BRING REGISTERED.

Looked around for a microwave and everyone kept recommending this brand. Overall the microwave is amazing. A lot better than my previous one. Totally recommend anyone to purchase this brand and commit to it for ever. Definitely going to look at other appliances to match the microwave .
