Annoying beeper

There needs to be a way to quiet or disable the beeper.
Is there and if so can it be explained?

The microwave does not have an option to turn off or change the volume of the beeper.

Great replacement for the GE that lasted 15 years. Needed 2 people for install but not hard at all. We’re loyal to GE for many decades.
