Lightning with strange noise inside the oven !

I’ve been purchasing GE appliances for 30+ years. we purchased a GE over the stove top microwave oven and it started to malfunction In a little less than two years. We rarely use microwave because of the health effects so I’d say about twice a month use m, if that. We are very disappointed that it started to mimic lightning in the lightbulb inside the oven going on and off and making this weird noise. We had to unplug for fire safety.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend resetting your microwave by disconnecting power from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function and cease the light bulb issue, this will require replacement of the bulb and service by a qualified technician. Junk! Time is flickering. The one I replaced was 39 years old.This one is less than 2 years old.
