So far very happy with the microwave. Previous same model lasted only 4 years. Fan during microwaving very quiet. Clock light nice and bright.

Bought this exact same microwave with installation and within 18 months’ time it no longer worked. I had registered this product but the one year warranty had expired. She made it sound like it was my fault I did not purchase extended warranty. The only reason I purchased this item a second time is because it fits perfectly above my range.
Prior to this GE purchase I had a KitchenAid which lasted 14 years.

We definitely understand the importance of an appliance operating as expected. However, it is not possible to determine the product failure rate, lifespan, life expectancy, or life cycle of an appliance. There are multiple variables involved such as frequency of use, type of use, location of appliance, care, and maintenance.

Instructions impossible to find.

Appliance works well, but I can not locate instructions about what all the buttons do. I would love to receive a printed copy as I have not been able to get them on internet
I do not like the black numbers, and no easy way to use for less than one minute. Otherwise it seems to be a fine machine.
