Very easy to use. Lots of nice features. Black model goes well with any decor. Especially like the express cook features and built-in timer. My old GE microwave lasted for over 20 years, so I did not hesitate to replace it with another similar model.

I have been using this microwave for almost two months and so far, so good. I like that it's quiet and heats quickly. The options are a bit complicated, prefer it simpler. I do like that you can just press any number from 1 to 9 and it heats for one minute, etc. Also like the option of an additional 30 seconds.

I purchased the same one in Dec 2016 and needed to replace it as the heating element quit working. Very disappointed but will give it another chance
