I bought this to replace a GE Profile 30" Microwave (1.8 cubic feet/1100 watts) that had the Magnetron fail after 11 years of faithful service. The installation could have been made easier by insertion of the charcoal filter at factory, and re-use of previous mounting bracket, but with some time on my part it went OK. Working well so far; takes a little longer to boil water (probably due to 10% reduction in wattage @ 1000 watts), but I like the basic features (Express Cook) that were not available on the basic Whirlpool models. Hoping for reliable operation for at least 10 years and not experiencing any similar failures reported in some other reviews.

Perfect microwave oven

I looked at reviews and I wanted one to match my range cooker, this is perfect it has a lot of features I'm trying out so for me it's a little getting use to - but it's perfect for simple users that just want a touch button to heat things up. great item and happy with it so far!

We had to turn the sound off for the whole oven, including the timer, because the tones at the end of the cycle keep sounding forever if you don't stop them and they were driving us nuts..! Why don't they quit after a few alerts or have an option for it..?! :/

Product needs some improvement. Door hinge weak, closure noisy. Frequesntly trips breaker.... surges! Controls hard to see unless room is well lit.
