Cool Microwave Oven

I have owned similar GE Model over the years and I am really pleased with it. This Microwave Oven is easy to use and not complicated in anyway. The most impressive thing about this Microwave Oven is the excellent GE Service. GE backs its products and would go the extra mile to protect its integrity.

Have had it for less than 2 weeks . . . so far so good. Our unit is black and it is hard to read the function buttons. Some sort of back lighting for the display would be a really good addition. Otherwise- no complaints.

Microwave power issues

Microwave is only 2 years old, having electrical issues sparks and trips breaker. Door is hard to open. Buttons are hard to read in dim light (can't see the light button).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only used for a week but seems to preform as needed. Ignored prior comments of buttons hard to push and difficult to see. Even in daytime need to turn on light to read buttons- it is minor but annoying. Handle seam not flush/smooth so slightly rough on hand. Button pics are from older microwave vs new microwave..pics taken same day/ time. Does not have inside edge so it's easy to wipe clean. Would not recommend this
model for elderly person.

Stopped working after 1.5 years

Unit worked fine for a little over a year. Purchased in Oct 2016, and already broke down. Checked breaker, outlet. no obvious reason to quit.

Poor Product

This was a replacement microwave; after 22 months, it pops circuit breaker whenever you open the door to interrupt the cooking time. The door has always been hard to open, have pull more then you should have to. Now the microwave has shutdown completely and resetting the breaker does nothing. Would not buy this product again...research more!
