Fell apart

Microwave worked great. However the door started to crack in several places and fell apart.

Great product for the price. I might have bought a different one though if I had noticed how the figures on touch pad buttons are difficult to see

I love the bisque color. I really don't understand the fascination with stainless and black. With bisque color cabinets, this looks so much better than any silver or black appliances could.
It cooks fast, and I like the simple buttons, especially the express cook. I also appreciate that they eliminated the requirement since th le last model to have to program in AM or PM every time you reset the clock!

Not worth the money

Then handle on this microwave broke after 10 months. The entire door was replaced under warranty, thank goodness. At 18 months (no more warranty), the microwave started tripping the house circuit breaker when we hit cook. The microwave is on a dedicated 20 amp circuit. Tried it on another 20 amp circuit with the same results.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
