looks great, works good, easy to install...

We purchased it to replace an 11-year-old GE microwave. hoping to get the same life out of this one ! it installed easily and has good features. Only issue is they keypad. At night with minimal lighting it is hard to see the numbers/choices. Also not very fingertip sensitive. We love the light underneath, I can now see my stovetop much easier! It has a quiet beeping noise thats less annoying than its predecessor...it will beep to remind you if somethings ready & thats a good feature! Also the door/handle in this one feel a bit more “tinny” than the previos model, but work fine....overall we got a great price for this and are happy so far, 2 months in.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Why would you make a control panel that. You cannot see in normal lighting day or night. This was a big surprise!

Mostly good

Works fine, was a direct replacement for an 8 year old one that died, but the touch pad is so badly designed that it is almost unreadable unless you have direct light on it, like a flashlight. I have an over the counter light directly above the touch pad area and it is still hard to read. Some day they will figure out that a 15 second button would be awesome.

It’s quiet

We replaced our 15-year-old GE microwave with the equivalent. To compare it to the old, this one is so much quieter, it works great. The window in the door is not as big and harder to see inside unlike the old one you could see your food Cookin. As of right now that’s the only flaw that I see in this microwave.

I purchased this model to replace the exact same one I purchased 18 months ago. The one that I replaced started tripping the circuit breaker (the oven is on a dedicated 20 amp circuit), which I was told is due to the oven drawing too much current. Hopefully the new one I installed today lasts longer than 18 months, but we'll see.

Good Enough for Who It's For! (Arkansas grammar)

It's the simplest and the best ... don't need all the bells and whistles. I had no idea that it was so inexpensive. I love the turntable feature (off/on), surface lighting and the fact that vents turn on automatically if there is too much heat on the stovetop. It's plain white ... beautiful!

Each time I put the vent on I get what looks like wood shaving all over everywhere. Never ever have I had this happen before. I sure hope this new microwave holds up.
