GREAT PRODUCT BUT YOUR TEMPLATE FOR DRILLING IS WEEK! IT SEEMS VERY QUITE AND ONLY USED IT FOR TWO DAYS, BUT MY LAST ONE LASTED 16 YEARS SO I THINK WE HAVE ANOTHER WINNER!

I am still learning how to use the microwave. What I'm getting used to is the fact that it takes less time to cook and this microwave than my last microwave having less power.

the buttons are a little hard to read with the black glass. didn't notice that before purchase. I used white stickers to put over the most common buttons we use.

Good microwave-illegible control pad (black oven).

The new GE microwave oven operates just as all of our other GE appliances .....by exceeding our expectations.The one area of disapointment is that on our new black unit we can barely read the touch pad to operate the oven.Our old oven had the same black face but the lettering on the control pad was easily read.During the day we still must turn on the kitchen lights to choose the proper oven function.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Jack,
We are thrilled that you are happy with not only your microwave but all of your other GE Appliances as well. Something quick you could try is to flip the circuit breaker that is connected to your microwave, waiting a few minutes, and flipping it back. This could reset the electronics and possibly fix that dim display.

Third one in five years

The microwave works fine but this is the third one in five years so it doesn’t seem to last long. Only reason I keep buying the same one is I have a tile backsplash that won’t allow me to put a different size in there. The issue is it will trip the breaker randomly. If you google it there is a common issue with this so I am hoping this has been addressed in manufacturing. We shall see. Not holding my breath.

Worked great until warranty ran out, 2 3/4 years. Don’t make them like they used to. Cheap !!!
