This is a replacement for the same model that stopped working at 28 months. I purchased the same model due to the ease of install and the fact that we will be selling this house before the warranty expires. Not a good value.

Door handle melted off after 2 years. The cost for handle and to have a technician install, is more than the microwave retails for.

This microwave takes SO MUCH longer to cook the food than my old one. I have to keep resetting it for longer cook time just to reheat something.

We also recommend checking the wattage of this microwave (1000) compared to your old model. A lower wattage may require longer cooking times.

overall it seems to work well, but the major problem we have with it is that the letters and numbers on the keypad are very difficult to read.
