curved screens are overrated

Curved screens originated in the movie theater industry. The screens were developed for a very specific purpose. The screen curvature matches the curvature of the projector lens so all points on the screen are in focus. Obviously, this functionality is not required on a tv. So one has to ask themselves, why is the screen curved? IMHO, a flat screen functions just as well, if not better than a curved screen. Is it worth a premium expense? This reviewer doesn't think so and there is no cool factor with them either.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I first heard about OLED technology about seven years ago when it was released in Japan it was going to be on the market within the decade. Instantly I knew it was going to be a game changer that was going to alter the face of media and how we enjoyed it for the rest of time; Samsung is the only company I would trust with this kind of technology, especially because it is still in its infancy. The quality of this product is unparalleled, the smooth graphics pixel ratio and flexible design provide an experience like no other. With amazing features like upscaling and dual view, it is worth every penny. Eventually when they release the ability to connect these TVs and string them together, I will be purchasing at least four to create one super television or the ultimate in home theater entertainment. I have only purchased Samsung phones and televisions for the last 12 years. And I really could've kept Just one, because the reliability. But Samsung keeps creating better and better product's, you are beyond bleeding edge technology. Again highly recommend this product to anyone searching for the latest and greatest!!
