What's great about it: All the extra features make it really easy to use and it's effective
What's not so great: Nothing
I really like the sensor that can sense how long the clothes need to dry and I also like the steam feature that keeps clothes from getting wrinkled. I also like that if the clothes have finished drying and not been removed the dryer will intermittently spin to keep them from wrinkling.
This product is or has... Big enough capacity for a comforter, A steam cycle, Stability, so it doesn't vibrate my house, All the cycles I need, Great at getting wrinkles out, All the settings I need

What's not so great: Pedestal drawers cost too much, but they aren't bad.
I got the HHG price matched, but Best Buy led me to believe they participated in the rebate program just like HHG. That was false. They grabbed the sale, but screwed me out of the rebate. I won't make that mistake again.
It's nice and quiet, does everything we wanted and does it well. Must use HE detergent. Had to stop using borax additive. Oh well.

What's great about it: Steam Cycle
Very fast. Holds big loads. Clothes come out nearly wrinkle free. We really like the Steam cycle on clothes that were wrinkled from traveling or hanging in the closet. They come out ready to wear. Very quiet machine.

Love the reduced time it takes to dry the clothes and the steam cycle is awesome for refreshing my husband's shirts!
