Finally A Hard that satisfy

over the years of owing desktops and laptops i was frustrated from always slow and not reliable hard drives that lost me a lot of my memories twice not one time because of sudden failure of hard drive combined with slow performance of conventional drives that limit my PC performance, thanks to this Samsung ssd evo 850 i can regain trust in hard drives again its reliable and fast and with magician program you can follow up the hard drive health so you can anticipate if a problem were to occur.
believe me Im not that easy to satisfy but this hard drive really is awesome

Great SSD, I've used several now in upgrades in MacBookPro, home built gaming pc's, and ext HD's. Performance, reliability, and price.

Excellent SSD

I have used 2 Samsung EVO SSD one 500GB for work and the second 250GB for Home both of them are working great without any issue.
However i have one note:
As you may know Samsung SSD are more expensive than others so I didn't try and compare it to other SSD to check if we are getting any extra benefits from the extra price we are paying .. however every review videos on Youtube does put EVO and Pro on the top of their list!

Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB is awesome

Purchased a different brand for my first SSD and returned it to the store the next day - purchased the Samsung SSD for just a little bit more money, but it was definitely worth it!
It has been 3 and 1/2 months since i first installed it, and 2 months since installing one on wife's computer - we don't have sata 3 so the speed isn't as great as it could be, but...the speed is awesome! The sequential r/w is about 1/3 again as fast as a new ST2000 hd, but the random r/w is off the charts faster...
Boot time has gone from about 5 minutes to about 2 minutes...can't wait to get my sata 3 motherboard...
Pros: Durable, Inexpensive, lightning fast even on sata2
Cons: can't think of a thing

I bought this SSD hoping not to have to buy another laptop for my wife. She wanted one due to how slow it was getting. We installed it in March and I must tell you it is fantastic. Zero complaints. It was a learning process to get it going. I just installed a new 1TB on my desktop computer yesterday. I am including that review now. It is the same for both. Most new laptops run as fast as they do due the SSD's they have installed
I was looking at buying a new computer, mine was so very slow. After looking I noticed most new computers have slower CPU's than the one in mine..... I had heard the SSD was the way to go and it is unbelievable. I have gone from a 11 minute boot up time to under 2 minutes. I timed it from when you push the power button to when I can write a new email... It is fantastic. All apps load instantly and even faster once you open them the first time. It is like having a new computer for only a fraction of the cost. It is important that you follow the instructions. Load the software first. I rebooted then plugged the drive In.... I did not have a sata to usb cable, so unless you have a computer that has an external sata socket you will need the cable. The cloning software seemed to hang up at 100% and not responding, but luckily before stopping it I read online that it seems to do that just let it go and it will eventually finish. Maybe it is performing a function they forgot to add to the overall time, I have no clue, but after an hour it was done, I installed and have not looked back. Best computer purchase I have ever made... Recommend to anyone with a computer and unhappy with performance. I am going to upgrade all my computers now.

Better option than buying a new computer
