For the first PC that I am building and the first time using a SSD, I chose this product based on favorable reviews from critics & users. The item was easy to install but I kinda wish that they provide sata cable with the ssd. Installing of OS was quick and easy and the PC booted quickly with the ssd. I have no complaints about this item.
Pros: Lightweight

In Raid 0 it smokes a M.2

Wow this is the new king of the hill on hard drives. I wanted an upgrade from a mechanical; and went with 2 of these. I set them up in Raid 0 and my reads and writes are off the charts!! Was worried about raid 0 loss of data so I went with one of the best names in current SSD's Samsung so I sleep well at night...... So fast I can't get to my mouse before the reads and writes are done, just ridiculously FAST. When the SATA express tech comes out, and they are pared with these in raid 0 we wont know what hit us..... Now the humans are the bottleneck @-@
Pros: Durable, Lightweight, fasssst
Cons: would like support for sata express

Let's face it, SSDs could always be cheaper--but when push comes to shove--there is no better performing product out there for a better price. This is the market leader right here, and I couldn't be more satisfied with these SSDs!

i replaced my evo 840 with this new evo 850 into the same computer. random iops are way down from the 840 by as much as 20k. not very happy
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Did not meet expectations

This is a nice and fast drive love it I will get a 2TB drive win the price go down but the 500Gb drive is doing good for me right now thanks samsung

After installing this SSD my windows 10 OS is booting in less than 10seconds. Applications are opening real fast.
I've a application which used to take more than 15mins to open and after installing this SSD it is taking less than 1minute. Very very good. I recommend it.
