SSD EVO 850 WAS EASY TO INSTALL, SMOOTH DATA MIGRATION WILL, PURCHASE AGAIN VERY PLEASED WITH THIS PRODUCT PERFORMANCE.
Pros: speedy drive, easy installation
Cons: a little expensive for my budget

A night and day difference in speed from my old HDD to this SSD. Instructions could be a little better, especially for us SSD newbies, but still a great upgrade.
Pros: Inexpensive

This is a replacement for my 840 SSD

My Samsung 840 SSD got into a password protected mode and I can't get it out of it. It has a 3 year warranty and it is 2 1/2 years old. I had to have another one quickly so I ordered this one. It is a 250gb ssd and my 840 was 120gb. The new one works great and I have to talk to Samsung about my problem with the 840 ssd. I want my old 840 fixed so I can put it in my laptop. The Rapid mode is very fast if you have lots of memory..
Pros: installed with no problem
Cons: none so far

My old laptop feels new again!

So I have this laptop that I purchased on 2011 and with a 5400 rpm hard disk, and a lot of apps installed, it has become sluggish.
Then I decided to upgrade my laptop's hard disk with the Samsung SSD 850 EVO 500GB. I cloned my old hard disk to the SSD and replaced it. Upon booting, I immediately noticed that the improvement in performance is very significant, such that it feels like I just purchased a new laptop!
It's definitely the best upgrade that I made for my laptop. Others say that SSDs are expensive, but for me, the boost in performance is totally worth it.
Pros: Lightweight, significant improvement in pc performance
