This drive is a much needed upgrade from my much slower HDD. I'm very satisfied and will probably be purchasing another one in the very near future for my OS since the one I have now is strictly for games!
Pros: fast!, hits expected read and writes and then some

Using this drive in a 6 year old custom PC, using an older X58 Intel motherboard. Even though I am still stuck with the older SATA II interface this drive STILL screams (compared to my old WD 300GB Velociraptor).
I didn't use the data migration tool, just did a clean Windows 10 install which finished in record time, at least for my system.
Highly recommended!!
Pros: Inexpensive, too many pros to list.

Outstanding performance and craftsmanship

I had just recieved my new Samsung 850 EVO 500GB SSD and am amazed at how small and light it is and its performance. I was able to install my OS, Drivers and All Updates in less than an hour. I can post and load windows in less than 10 seconds.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight, great asthetics, extremely fast

I purchased this SSD because my old HD was performing slow. I put a lot of stress on HD's because i am a DJ. As i need fast access to my music and videos, I can not afford to wait till the HD catches up. Start up time on my DJ software and OS are amazing!! I went as far as purchasing another one which is a 1TB.
Pros: Inexpensive

This drive was extremely easy to clone with the software that was included. Installation was the same as installing any drive in the laptop. You will need to buy an enclosure (not included) to place the drive in to clone it. I measured performance before and after the drive installation - read/write was about 5 times faster with the SSD. The boot speed is now extremely fast. I'm very happy with this SSD, just wish I'd upgraded sooner.

I hv a CPU Quad Core AMD, RAM 16GB. Was looking a SSD never got one before. After looking some reviews and visit samsung web and view video of the technology they have 3-D making them more fast than regular SSD. I buy this and is sou fast fast when i turn on pc button only take 20-25 sec with the boot+windows up running ready to work
