The reheat button is confusing. It does not have clear directions.

We bought this microwave to replace a nine year old GE that finally quit after extensive use. This microwave has very nice features and the power is very impressive as well as uniform heating of the food. Highly recommended.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good oven with a bad keypad

Bought this microwave to replace a 10 yr old GE oven that died. We like the color and wanted the new oven to match. This microwave is quieter than the unit it replaced, it has a better cooktop light, a few additional features that probably will never be used, and it fit the space. I would've been completely satisfied if all the digits on the keypad worked. Unfortunately, the '7' digit is dead. GE's warranty service options don't appeal. GE's quality control and warranty service options leave much to be desired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am pleased with the performance of this appliance except for a rather agravating rattle that seems to be coming from the glass plate when in operation. I have done everything I can think of to remedy this noise, but to no avail. Disappointng.
