I have used it for around 2 months now and haven't had any problems yet.
I have cooked chicken in it and it comes out real nice. Previous mic-ovens have made chicken rubbery. High cost mic only lasted about 3 years and was not worth the price of repair. I had to buy this one and chose GE because I thought the name was trustworthy

Large interior, relatively quiet.
Only drawback is the loud clunk when you open and close the door.

Buttons ask to many questions

Quick buttons ask to many questions and don't include many foods, and steam does not heat the vegetables.
