Great features. Multiple options for softening.

We are pleased with our microwave. It has new features which have multiple choices to choose from. For example the Softening feature gives us choices, butter, cream cheese or ice cream. I like that. I also like how the timer works.
It is a seperate key and step from the heating process. It keeps me from get-
ting confused.

install went fine. I was actually able to use the old mounting plate from the previous GE microwave that was approx 15 years old so it saved a lot of time. Install instructions said old plate would not work but i measured it and it was really close and worked fine.
