Except for the glass plate needing to be replaced due to an improper fit, it is easy to use. Great feature is the timer alarm not shutting off until it is manually shut off.

I chose this microwave at the builder's design center (new construction home)and I'm glad I picked it. Microwave looks great and it has all the features that I need. Blends in perfectly with other items in the kitchen.
