Bought this microwave 5 weeks ago! Luv the Express Cook and other features. Although when the door is closed it does not perfectly line up with the top! Seems a bit unaligned.

Stylish and sturdy look that complements other appliances and overall look in the kitchen. Nice features that allow for quick heating. Iside the rotating glass tray and easy clean surfaces are great.

Seems dependable and effective. As a single person I depend on the microwave for most of my hot meals. The steaming feature doesn't do it for me, but perhaps I haven't quite figured it out yet. I'll keep trying. Wish it had a 10 or 15 second setting, which I use for heating up a refrigerated bread/pastry item (scone, biscuit, muffin, etc.). That being said, good appliance and looks great with the other stainless steel items in my kitchen.

Needed some messing with, but now works well

As it arrived, the central plastic piece that the glass turntable rests on, and which makes it rotate, was sticking up too high, causing the turntable not to rest evenly on its support ring. I had to push it down with some force, which took a few tries, since I was afraid I'd damage the thing. After that, the over worked well.

So far so good.. kitchen remodel less than 3 years ago. Bought GE Profile appliances. All others are ok, but the microwave quit within 3 years. Got an estimate... it would cost as much to repair as a new one. Bought a new one. Fingers crossed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my new microwave. this is my second GE microwave. I had one at my previous home and loved it so much that when I needed to buy another one for my new home, I did.
