HAD THE UNIT FOR A WEEK AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET IT TO COPY FILM OR SLIDES. TROUBLESHOOTING HAS NOT HELPED TO THIS POINT. WILL TRY FOR A FEW MORE TIMES

I cannot plug it in

The power supply component has two closely spaced narrow prongs in a recessed cavity. How can I plug it in to a US (NYC) wall outlet?

2 Hours Later and Scanner Still Not Working

I have trying to set up the scanner for the past two hours on 2 different computers and the "error" light is still blinking.

having problems conecting this product to my computer. running windows 8.1 system/64 will not connect the divice. down loaded required driver and still will not work. compadability showing windows system/32.
worked when i got it, but when i upgraded to windows 8.1it stop working.

Epson V550 Scanner

I have used the product to scan photos, negatives, and colour slides.
Set up for each was simple and once I became familiar with the software it was easy to get the results that I wanted. Paired with a good photo editor such as Photoshop Elements restoring images from any of these sources is relatively easy, although I must confess that I have a lot of learning to do to be able to fully tap the potential of either the scanner or the software.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I would highly recommend this scanner. It is easy to use and works well. It is the second Epson scanner I have had. I had the Epson I replaced for over 10 years. It still worked, but needed to be replaced with a newer one.
